The Paper Planes Club carried out various workshops at Lakshmipat Singhania Academy, Kolkata over two days in the beginning of October, 2025.

Science-Fiction Writing Workshop

 Soham Guha, acclaimed bilingual Sci-fi writer, led a 2-hours workshop on writing science-fiction with students from class 7. In this workshop, students learned about the main elements of the genre in questions, explored real-world and fictional examples, and discussed ways to improve their conceptualisation of the genre.

Storytelling Workshop

Nadia Imam conducted  a 2-hours workshop on storytelling with students from class 7. In this workshop, students learned about the basics of storytelling. With Nadia’s help, students captured the essence of story-telling through a fun-filled discussion.
