Overview

We aim to provide reliable service, quality products, and timely deliveries. To maintain efficient order processing, the following policies apply to all purchases made through The Antonym Collection and The Paper Planes Journal.

Non-Cancellation or Modification
Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We begin the packing process promptly to ensure timely dispatch, and cancellations disrupt this workflow.

Processing Time

All orders are forwarded to our warehouse at 8:00 AM the next working day for packing.

Order Modifications

If you need to modify your order—such as changing quantities or adjusting items of equal or greater value—you must contact us before 8:00 AM on the next working day.

Important:

No refunds are issued for order modifications.

The total order value must remain equal to or higher than the original.

Delivery Time-Frame

Domestic (India): 2–14 days, depending on distance from Kolkata.
International: (If required later, can be added; omitted as requested.)

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details—including product selection, quantities, shipping address, and contact information—before confirming the purchase. Errors in order details may result in delivery issues that are not eligible for refunds.

Returns
Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the shipment is visibly damaged or tampered with, do not accept the package.
Return it to the delivery person immediately and WhatsApp photos of the package to 9433927996.

Wrong / Damaged / Defective Products

We conduct multiple quality checks before dispatch, but rare errors may occur.
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, inform us within 7 days of delivery and provide a complete, continuous unpacking video—starting from opening the sealed outer packaging until the issue is clearly visible.

This video is mandatory for:

Investigating the claim

Initiating courier insurance

Processing refunds

No complaint can be accepted without a complete unpacking video.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted if:

There are clear signs of use.

Items are not returned in their original condition.

Accessories or components are missing.

Damage is not caused by us.

The return request is made more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.

Return-to-Origin (RTO) Situations

If a package returns to us (RTO) due to any of the following reasons, 2-way shipping charges will be deducted (even if your order originally qualified for free shipping):

Incorrect address

Incorrect or unreachable phone number

Consignee not available / not contactable

Consignee refused delivery

OTP-verified cancellation

Automated IVR calls or courier calls not answered

Refunds are not issued for orders undelivered due to these reasons.
Reshipping will be initiated only after the customer pays the applicable charges.
