ARC Preview

Subarna Banerjee, carried out an ARC Preview, where pages from the first issue of our children’s journal, the Paper Plane Journal, were shown to students from various classes. Detailed feedback was acquired from them on the layout, design and contents of the magazine, written over a span of 45 minutes, which has been incorporated since.

Zine Workshop

Chirayata Chakrabarty carried out a one and a half hour zine-making workshop, with students from classes 5 and 6, where students brought rudimentary art supplies like paper and colours, and made creative zines (little magazines) with us. They were taught two types of folds of zines. This was a brilliant outlet for children to creatively express their thoughts and opinions on things that are important to them.
