Shipping Within India

All orders placed today are packed the next day and dispatched the day after. Delays may occur during Sundays, long weekends, national holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods. Delivery timelines vary by your distance from Kolkata and generally range from 1 to 14 days.

Any concerns or claims related to delivery must be reported within seven days from the confirmed delivery date shown in the tracking details. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹1000.

Important:
If a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier but you have not received it, you must notify us within 3 days of the delivery status update.

Damaged Packages

Do not accept a package if it arrives visibly damaged. If you choose to accept it, ensure the damage is clearly noted on the delivery slip before signing.

Always record a video of the sealed package and the full unboxing process. This is mandatory for filing a claim with the courier. Without this video evidence, we cannot offer compensation for damaged or missing items.
